In the past three months every raised ticket was promptly resolved by the Datalicious support team but we did noticed a slight dip in requests over Christmas and New Years (good on you, take a break).
Over the past three months our average resolution time has held fairly steady (under 24h) apart from a few outliers that were a bit harder to solve for our team (you throw some tough challenges at us).
We are super proud to have been able to maintain our average customer satisfaction rating above 4/5 consistently (the below dips come from not having received a rating at all and not a 0 rating).
