Since our launch in 2007, I’ve overseen the growth of Datalicious from a humble consulting agency in Sydney to a globally competitive analytics technology company.
Eighteen months ago we began a strategic program of business development in global markets. The positive response to the Datalicious brand and offering has been overwhelming as we have established offices in London, Hannover, Singapore, Manila, and New Zealand.
By developing and adding our own range of marketing analytics products—SuperTag, OptimaHub, Datacollector, and DataExchange—to the mix, as well as launching a strategic partnership with Google that has seen us become one of the key Google Analytics Premium partners in the region, we’ve been able to tap into new revenue streams on a global scale.
This global demand means it is no longer realistic for us to only maintain a centralised workforce in Sydney.
From our Singapore operations, we have entered the South East Asian markets and have already started working with marketing leading brands in India, Thailand and Indonesia, including Matahari Mall, Goibibo, Redbus, Weloveshopping.com, and Bluestone.
To maintain our high standard of service delivery, we are investing in a new centre of excellence in Bangalore that will support our South East Asia expansion as well as our global delivery efforts and product development.

We are looking for developers and analysts who have experience in web analytics, big data, data engineering, machine learning and mobile app development. We are also looking for account executives to work with our regional managing director to help secure the Datalicious expansion in Southeast Asia.

We are currently hiring across three experience bands—Junior, Mid, and Senior—with three year employment contracts being offered. We will also negotiate on an agreed percent increase in salary each year over the three years based on KPIs met.
